Three rolls of photography paper studio backdrops 2.72m x 11m. (Black, white, grey )
This is used on our metal hanging frame to create a seamless vertical to horizontal backdrop for photographing people or items.
This is used in the studio photography element of the club. The set up allows the club to store, assemble and use the backdrops both in the Community Centre and other locations.
Studio photography is a less strenuous form of photography and is quite relaxing. With an ever ageing membership there is a need for less physical photography such as landscape and wildlife.
The club offers its members a mixed programme of lectures, members' nights, practical evenings and competitions. The philosophy is to encourage members to help one another with an informal exchange of ideas. The emphasis is on discussion and sharing information to get the best from your hobby.

CUMBRAE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LOCALITY
North Coast Wish 1
Type of wish
Other (please specify in your next answer) What do you need?
We are trying to develop and bring back to life a pond within the Garrison House grounds to improve the eco system and to enhance a place of natural beauty and provide a site for learning about wildlife for our local primary school pupils, and a sensory space for residents from our local care home who can enjoy the sights, smells, flora & forna. The area offers, as well as being an attraction for visitors, a space to be enjoyed by our community.
Our staff are working on improving the area right now (pictures can be provided) but need shrubs, rockery plants to enhance the area developed and encourage wildlife - bees, butterflies etc.
The area we have available is probably about 100 square metres and we are really keen to plant out the area this summer, if possible.
Wish 2
Type of wish
Materials (donation) What do you need?
As above our pond project is what we hope to achieve and the 2nd part of the project is to put a lining in the pond to allow us to have it filled all year round as opposed to only having water in it when we have heavy rain. This can allow us to improve the wildlife, hopefully have fish added to the pond and enhance what Garrison House grounds offer.
A pond lining would allow for this and the area we would be covering would be approx. 100 square metres.
To enhance the project it would be amazing if we could also line the pool this year which would allow us to immediately improve the natural environment offered within Garrison House Grounds to our wildlife.
Wish 3
Type of wish
Financial (donation of money) What do you need?
Any financial assistance towards the development of the pond project would be hugely appreciated, to allow for the purchase of plants/shrubs, hopefully pond plants to aerate the water for fish. Purchase of equipment to keep pond clear / cleaned and upkeep of area from a garden maintenance point of view.

Sponsorship or fundraising support What do you need?
We are currently involved in a major project to expand our existing facility, in line with our charitable aims, to include disabled access and toilet facilities. The project has the support of SportsScotand and will be complete by the end of May 2022. The charity however will need to make a substantial contribution to the project costs which will leave the charity in challenging times managing its cash flow in 2022/.2023. We intend to run a number of fundraising events throughout 2022 and financial sponsorship would greatly assist in that fundraising programme.

Drum4urlife LOCALITY
Three Towns Wish 1
Type of wish
Other (please specify in your next answer) What do you need?
We would love to find suitable storage for our equipment which consists of approximately 10 African drums and assorted percussion in bags. Currently our community musician and group office bearers are taking equipment home after each event. This already causes difficulties if instruments and percussion are required for specific purposes and will be more problematic with the new drums we've ordered. We will need space for 24 drums and 4 or 5 bags of assorted percussion. Ideally we would need a secure, dry location with shelving and easy vehicle access to collect and return equipment.

Arran Wish 1
Type of wish
Request for voluntary time from contractor - general (e.g. helping at an event, general labour for a project) What do you need?
We have odd jobs needing done around the youth cabins, such as shelves needing put up and a dart board needing hung, which due to the construction of the portacabin walls we wouldn't like to attempt ourselves! As well as this, as the cabins are starting to get older, we have regular repairs needing done. In the last year or two, we have had to replace damp flooring, the whole kitchen floor/cabinet, and patch up a section of wall, due to damp. It would be amazing to have a local contractor who is willing to donate their time to do this when needed.
