1. Suitable and Secure Trishaw Storage At present, both of our trishaws are stored in an exceptionally compact shed. As our fleet and equipment have grown, this arrangement has become increasingly challenging. We would like to improve and secure our storage facilities so that our trishaws, batteries and associated equipment can be stored safely, securely and appropriately. 2. Sustainable Booking System Our service relies on an effective booking system to manage requests from individuals, care homes, community groups and other organisations. We are seeking sustainable funding to maintain and develop a reliable booking system that will allow us to manage the increasing demand for our service efficiently. 3. Servicing, Maintenance and Repairs Our trishaws are essential to everything we do. Regular servicing, maintenance and repairs are therefore critical to keeping our service safe, reliable and available to the community. We would like to establish a long-term maintenance budget so that essential servicing and repairs can be planned rather than relying on ad-hoc fundraising whenever costs arise. 4. Volunteer Clothing and Equipment Our volunteers are the heart of our organisation. We would like to provide branded clothing for our volunteer pilots and support team. This would give our volunteers a professional and recognisable identity within the community while also helping passengers, families and partner organisations identify our team easily. 5. Promotion and Community Engagement Although our service is already generating considerable demand, we want to ensure that people throughout Largs and the surrounding area know that Cycle Without Age Scotland is available to them. Play bark - we are in urgent need of play bark to replenish the current bark in our playpark area.

We are reaching out for essential assistance to remove the substantial amount of rubbish cleared from our main building, a vital step in its journey towards habitability. To facilitate this crucial work, we are seeking the supply of a dedicated rubbish disposal vehicle for the lawful collection and disposal of accumulated materials.

The provision of two large skips specifically for the removal of larger building debris.

We urgently require the help of a skilled building company to undertake necessary brickwork, focusing on the installation of wall vents that will enable the building's walls to properly breathe and effectively expel moisture. Your support in these areas is absolutely critical to creating a safe, dry, and healthy environment, and would immensely accelerate our efforts to make the building liveable once more. This critical support is indispensable, directly enabling our Sea Cadets unit to develop and thrive within a safe and habitable facility.

We are looking for a donation of 4 new or refurbished laptops to support our growing team at Megan’s Space. As demand for our services continues to grow, our team and the work we deliver are expanding too. The laptops will enable our team to carry out the essential day to day work involved in supporting children, young people and their families, including managing referrals and records, communicating with families and partner organisations and supporting the delivery of our services. Having access to additional laptops will ensure our expanding team has the equipment needed to work effectively and help us continue meeting the increasing demand for our support across the community.

We are looking for a donation of 4 new or refurbished mobile phones to support our growing team at Megan’s Space. As our services continue to expand, effective communication is essential to the work we do. The phones will allow members of our team to communicate with young people and families, coordinate with colleagues and practitioners and liaise with partner organisations and other services. Having dedicated work phones will also help our team maintain appropriate professional boundaries and avoid the need to use personal devices for work-related communication. These phones will provide much needed additional capacity for our expanding team and help us continue delivering responsive and accessible support across our community.

We are looking for a donation of a printer/scanner to support the day to day work we do. As our organisation continues to grow, so does the amount of documentation associated with delivering our services. A printer/scanner will allow our team to scan necessary documents and upload them to our secure filing systems, helping us maintain accurate and appropriately stored records. Having reliable access to this equipment will make our administrative processes more efficient and support the secure handling and filing of documentation. This will help our growing team work more effectively and allow us to continue focusing our resources on supporting children, young people and families across our community.

We urgently need a large general waste skip to help us clear out damaged furniture and make space for new incoming deliveries. We will recycle any scrap metal ourselves.

Driveway and Pathway Cleaning Kilwinning Abbey Church seeks contractor support to undertake pressure washing and cleaning of church driveway and surrounding paths. The project will improve the appearance, accessibility and safety of the church grounds, which are used regularly by worshippers, community groups and visitors.

Kilwinning Abbey Church is seeking contractor support to undertake pressure washing and external cleaning of Kilwinning Abbey Hall. The hall is regularly used by a wide range of community groups, church organisations and local residents. Cleaning the building exterior will improve its appearance, extend the life of the building fabric and create a more welcoming environment for community activities and visitors

Kilwinning Abbey Church seeks support to improve its main car park through resurfacing, regrading and the provision of additional gravel or tarmac where required. The car park is used extensively by worshippers, community groups and visitors throughout the year. Improvements would enhance safety, accessibility and the overall appearance of the church grounds while helping ensure the facility remains fit for community use.

We will need someone who can remove some pews and secure under-pew heaters when planning permission granted.

We are in need of a computer/laptop and printer for the organisation.

We are looking for a donation of a marquee in good condition for our events. 8m by 4m or a similar size would be great.

We are looking for an amazing contractor to come to the site to help with the digging out of a pond. A contractor that has access to an excavator/digger and can come to the site to assist with this would be great. We have an area that floods throughout certain times of the year and are looking to create a pond and some drainage also.

We are looking to recarpet some areas within Woodlands Community Centre. We would like to request new carpets for these areas.

We are looking to redecorate some of the rooms we use and would appreciate a painter/decorator to assist with this.

We are seeking expert advice and practical support to help us manage and improve our gravel car park in the short- to medium-term. The car park is heavily used by people accessing our community facilities, and the volume of traffic means the gravel surface regularly deteriorates and develops potholes, particularly during wet weather. In the longer term, we would like to move towards a more permanent resurfacing solution, such as tarmac, but this will require significant capital funding and is not something we can achieve immediately. We are therefore seeking support to develop a practical interim plan that keeps the car park safe, accessible, and usable while we work towards a longer-term solution. We would welcome help from contractors, civil engineers, groundworks specialists, surfacing companies or experienced tradespeople who could support us with: assessing the current condition of the car park identifying why potholes keep recurring, including any drainage issues advising on the best temporary or semi-permanent repair methods for a gravel surface recommending suitable materials and phased works advising how the car park could remain in use while improvements are carried out helping us understand what work could be done by volunteers and what would need contractors, plant or specialist equipment helping us create a realistic maintenance plan until full resurfacing becomes possible This support would help us make sensible decisions, avoid wasting charitable funds on short-term fixes that fail quickly, and keep the car park usable for the community.

We would be grateful for donations of suitable materials to help repair and improve our gravel car park in stages. The car park is in regular community use and develops potholes quickly, so we are looking for materials that would support longer-lasting repairs rather than short-term patching. This may include, depending on professional advice: Type 1 sub-base or similar compactable material suitable gravel/top dressing geotextile membrane drainage materials edging or containment materials any other appropriate aggregate or surface-stabilising materials We would welcome advice from contractors on the most suitable specification and quantities before any materials are supplied. The work would be carried out incrementally so that the car park can remain usable as much as possible.
