We are nearing the end of a project to install a state of the art concrete skatepark in Orr's Park, Beith. We raised over £200k to make this project possible. Due to increased costs and unplanned for costs we have a shortfall in the budget for landscaping. Our contractor did not budget for an access road and Sportscotland required us to provide floodlighting, NAC did not give permission to use the lighting already in the park and we had to bring in a new supplier. We have had a landscaping quote for £24k from a local and reputable company and need to raise £8k to meet this. We feel it is extremely important that the landscaping is undertaken to a high spec and embeds the skatepark in the park. We require the landscaping work to be completed in September 2024. We require a financial donation to meet a deficit in our budget due to increased and unexpected costs during construction. We require this money as soon as possible in order to complete the project. We are committed to giving young people in Beith and further afield free access to a first class leisure facility. The skatepark build started in April 24 and we are keen to conclude the project by the end of September 24. Thank you.

As the club has been inexistence since 1972 in its current facilities, the roof of the building is currently in need of replacement, and as such a funding package is required to be built. At present as a club we are facing barriers with obtaining quotes and require professional assistance to cost the project, select the roofing material most suitable due to it being a flat roof, and help the project to get started and a funding package built. At this stage there is not a deadline, although we would like to progress as soon as possible.

We are looking for assistance from anyone who can assist with either sponsorship to the club, to help with project costs for our wellbeing support, or anyone who has experience and expertise in utilising fundraising apps, websites, etc to help develop this area of the club to ensure we can continue to provide all our services. We hope to be started with this as soon as possible.

We are looking for a donation of £1,000 to help support the staffing costs related to our TimeToTalk Mental Health project, as the project delivers a lot of support as well as running a 24/7 trauma line, which is open to those experiencing any kind of trauma the costs associated with this are high and any financial assistance which could be provided would be invaluable to help us continue to deliver this necessary service.

We are looking to decorate our facility and require financial support to purchase the materials to do this. For all paints, (Emulsion and Gloss) tools (Brushes, rollers, trays) and floor covering. We are looking for a financial donation of £913.65

We are looking to paint the exterior of our building and we are looking for the materials donated to do this. We are looking for 100 litres of white smooth masonry, rollers/trays and masonry brushes.

We are looking to get a new sign for our building and we are looking for financial support. The sign will cost £120

We are looking to renovate our male, 2 female and disabled toilets within the club. we have managed to do some fundraising but are still a long way short of the total cost. We are looking for financial donations towards this project. Any support would be very much appreciated.

We are looking to do some maintenance work on our Bowl house which is the oldest building at our club which was built in 1857. We are looking for financial support of £1000, to purchase the materials to complete this project. This will include, Gyproc sheeting, plaster, internal and external paint. Any support will be appreciated.

The clubs back room is in much need of repair and we are looking for support in acquiring the materials to complete this project. We are looking for support in getting external double doors, flooring and paints for interior. Any support would be very much appreciated.

Selection boxes for the Santas Grottos. We are looking for 800 at £3.00 each so this would equate to £2400 in total. This number is based on previous years.

We are looking for some garden furniture and new plants for the individuals to make their garden look more welcoming.

£1000 or gift cards for Home Bargains/B&M for different gardening and household equipment

We need new windows installed in our Chapel building, a small hall that houses community activities.

We require interior design input for our accommodation units to make them attractive, welcoming, and functional for our community. Fresh skilled creativity and experience would be invaluable in achieving this goal.

The garden area to be pressure washed and resanded as it is 10 years old and looking very tired

We would like the office environment to be painted as the office is looking tired as the building is now 10 years old

We would like support to provide healthy snacks for the families who attend our events - Fresh fruit , cereal bars , crisps and bottled water We estimate we will need about enough for 100/120 with the exception for Party in the Park event which we estimate 250/300 people We would require the donations across the 7 weeks of the school holidays

We are looking for donations of benches and for them to be installed in a new playpark. The costs for 4 benches would cost us £6,7290.00. The addition of benches is a valuable and necessary upgrade to the playpark, supporting the comfort and convenience of all park visitors and fostering a more welcoming and inclusive community space.

We need some help to removing weeds around our community garden. Clearing pathways and walkways. Tidying up the landscaped and garden areas.

We are fundraising to help develop our local playpark. We are looking for any donations financial, raffle prizes or any other support to raise the funds. The cost of the playpark is estimated at £151,700.99. We have already secured £100,000.00 through funding and would really appreciate any support.
