Contribution towards funds to carry out maintenance and repair of popular walk at the Lynn Glen Dalry WI&A Gilbert have produced an estimate of costs after inspecting Glen. De-Vegitation Works £6795.00 excluding VAT £8985.00 excluding VAT Copy estimate will be delivered to the Council

We are seeking a donation of durable, non‑slip, weather‑resistant playground marking paint, suitable for outdoor tarmac. We require enough materials to complete the following markings as part of our playground improvement project: 3 hopscotches 2 activity trails 1 snakes and ladders board 1 outdoor chess board 1 compass graphic We aim to complete the work within this school year, weather permitting.

We are requesting skilled labour support to apply the playground markings once the materials are available. This would involve: Preparing the surface Measuring and laying out the designs Painting and sealing the markings This support will ensure the installation is safe, accurate, and long‑lasting. Work can be scheduled flexibly based on contractor availability.

We are seeking a financial donation to help fund the installation of new playground markings as part of our wider playground‑revamp project. The donation will go directly towards the cost of professional playground paint, stencils, and installation materials. These markings will brighten our playground and provide engaging, inclusive activities that support physical development, coordination, and social play. Any financial contribution will help us move closer to completing this project within the current school year, weather permitting. Ideally we would be asking for £1000-£2000.

Border Fence replacement. Our Club borders the river garnock and the fence is in a poor state and needs to be replaced, unfortunately we don't have the funds.

We have a very large garden, part of which is enclosed.initially there was a large chess board used by the members in the summertime, when the building was erected over 70 Years ago.To access the area was steps ( which are now broken) We really need to form an access ramp for wheelchairs and people with restricted mobility to access the area.The stone slabs need replaced or relaid and the chessboard reinstated. Large chess pieces and draughts purchased, with storage for the same This will encourage our members in outside exercise.

The rest of the garden is overgrown It needs replanted and designed to accommodate our members to use outside space

We wish all our garden area to be a biodiversity hub to encourage wildlife, animals birds,and bees.The installation of a rainwater pond ( we already have our roof drains relocated to facilitate) Our members and guests will be able to view from external seats around the garden and from our garden view windows to all that is going on.

The donation of 4 staff iPads would greatly improve efficiency, enhance safeguarding accuracy, modernise our systems and enhance communication with parents through digital platforms. This will reduce staff workload while increasing the quality of interactions with children. Ensuring our staff had up to date technology systems would also increase employee health and wellbeing.

Donation of flooring materials for the area between our indoor and outdoor space to be covered. Outdoor learning has so many benefits to the children at early years such as increase confidence, improving mood and emotions, imaginative role play, try new challenges and respect for nature. We have a small area that would benefit from some sort of flooring being laid so that it was easy to clean, accessible for children and easier for them to go in and out the playroom to the outdoor space.

Donation of labour for the area between our indoor and outdoor space to be covered. Our computer equipment is slow and outdated. We would appreciate either the IT equipment or the money to purchase the following eg 2 Dell desktop computers and monitors. 1 Dell all in one computer keyboard and mouse. 2 monitors 1 server A3 printer The total estimated cost is £5500

We intend creating a 3D printing and engraving room within the Shed creating new skills and producing income to meet our running costs. We anticipate a cost of £3,698.00 for the necessary equipment. We are a 100% voluntary organisation but still have bills to pay.

Small lorry Loads of Wood Chip for covering paths and Woodland seating areas/ children's play. Approx 3 - 4 ton but any smaller amount acceptable. Deadline April

We are looking for assistance in the creation of a hardcore carpark to support our Allotments Project. We have the appropriate planning authorisation which we have secured through North Ayrshire Council Planning Team, and have the supporting drawings as provided by our Architect, which we can share as required. The carpark area is to support 9 carparking spaces and 2 disabled spaces with a small turning area at one end. We are also looking to create a small access road through the middle of the allotments to support the individual plots, where this would have minimum use. It is our understanding that a quantity of turf & dirt would be required to be removed from site, or repurposed onsite for allotments if appropriate, and then layers of aggregate as appropriate to support cars, and lorries initially with build. Dalry Community Sports Club would greatly appreciate any assistance towards this project, whither that’s Labour, materials, or both if possible. Given that this type of project is outwith our skills, we are not aware of the scale of materials etc that would be required, and would be happy to meet onsite to help better explain if required. We continue to fund raise for the overall project, and have some success to date, where a lot of this initial funding has been utilised on the preliminary work required for NAC Planning, including Soils Surveys, Topographical Survey, Ecological Plant & Habitat Survey, Flood Risk Assessment, Mining Reports and Architect & Planning Fees. We are looking to start our Project as soon as ground conditions permit for the creation of the carpark area. This is required initially and will then allow the rest of the project to follow, and will included- Perimeter fencing, Shipping Containers, Raised Beds, top soil, Portaloo, Plot excavations, with a view to having the Allotments functioning by early summer. Any support towards our Allotments project would be greatly appreciated.

Provision of materials and labour to build a secure outdoor bike storage shed, 4x2.5 m. This will allow us to increase the number of bikes to be refurbished and hold a wider range of bikes for offer to the community.

Donation to enable us to buy and install a dust extraction unit in our wood workshop (approx 950pounds). This will greatly enhance the air quality and safety in our workshop.

Provision of materials and labour to build a secure external wood storage shed, 3x3 m, This would allow us to free up much needed floor space in our workshop and allow us to offer more opportunities to our members to participate in woodworking projects
