Take a look at the Local Outcomes Improvement Plan 2022-30 which has been approved by our Board.

WHAT IS THE LOCAL OUTCOMES IMPROVEMENT PLAN?

It sets out what we want to achieve together as a partnership in North Ayrshire. It is a binding plan on all Community Planning partner organisations and will influence how all partners operate locally. It is a requirement under the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.

CONSULTATION

Over November to January we ran our consultation. Thanks to everyone who responded to this and let us know what you think are the key issues that we concentrate on as a partnership.

While the consultation has now closed you can see the consultation questions and background information below:

Our Strategic Needs Assessment gives a profile of North Ayrshire.

DEVELOPMENT PROCESS AND NEXT STEPS

Taking into account what the needs assessment tells us about North Ayrshire, partner resource and expertise as well as the consultation feedback we have developed the plan. This was agreed by the Community Planning Board on 3rd March.

The Community Planning Board report gives an overview of the development process and rationale for the plan.

The next steps are finalising the plan document, creating accessible versions and developing the action plan and performance management arrangements in conjunction with our communities.
