We are looking to recarpet some areas within Woodlands Community Centre. We would like to request new carpets for these areas.

We are looking to redecorate some of the rooms we use and would appreciate a painter/decorator to assist with this.

We are seeking expert advice and practical support to help us manage and improve our gravel car park in the short- to medium-term. The car park is heavily used by people accessing our community facilities, and the volume of traffic means the gravel surface regularly deteriorates and develops potholes, particularly during wet weather. In the longer term, we would like to move towards a more permanent resurfacing solution, such as tarmac, but this will require significant capital funding and is not something we can achieve immediately. We are therefore seeking support to develop a practical interim plan that keeps the car park safe, accessible, and usable while we work towards a longer-term solution. We would welcome help from contractors, civil engineers, groundworks specialists, surfacing companies or experienced tradespeople who could support us with: assessing the current condition of the car park identifying why potholes keep recurring, including any drainage issues advising on the best temporary or semi-permanent repair methods for a gravel surface recommending suitable materials and phased works advising how the car park could remain in use while improvements are carried out helping us understand what work could be done by volunteers and what would need contractors, plant or specialist equipment helping us create a realistic maintenance plan until full resurfacing becomes possible This support would help us make sensible decisions, avoid wasting charitable funds on short-term fixes that fail quickly, and keep the car park usable for the community.

We would be grateful for donations of suitable materials to help repair and improve our gravel car park in stages. The car park is in regular community use and develops potholes quickly, so we are looking for materials that would support longer-lasting repairs rather than short-term patching. This may include, depending on professional advice: Type 1 sub-base or similar compactable material suitable gravel/top dressing geotextile membrane drainage materials edging or containment materials any other appropriate aggregate or surface-stabilising materials We would welcome advice from contractors on the most suitable specification and quantities before any materials are supplied. The work would be carried out incrementally so that the car park can remain usable as much as possible.

We would like some assistance with the upkeep of our courtyard area including weeding and pressure washing if possible. We also have a small pond for model boat sailing and some help with the maintenance this would also be appreciated.

We are using a basic software package from Microsoft but would like to be able to buy a yearly subscription to give us more tools to utilise and support our communication and online team working. (£150 for the year) We require 3 laptops for the treasurer,chair and secretary to use for meeting and collaborative work.(£400 each) we require a monitor for presenting at meetings with HDMI cable.(£150).

We will be putting on a Xmas lights switch on Event for families in Irvine, with Xmas stalls and entertainment for the community and would like to have some sponsorship from local companies or similar. The date for this event is the 21st of November 2026

For our Xmas event we require a stage, sound and lights etc. we would benefit from an expert in this field, sound engineer, stage installation, as above the date is the 21st of November

Skill-based support of draughtsman/architect. Part of our plans for Melbourne Public Park means that RES are needing to produce a basic site plan to assist with, and include in, future grant funding applications. The RES board currently does not have anyone with the necessary skill set to undertake this. The outline plan has to include an 18-hole putting green, 2x target bowls areas,bounded by a cycling proficiency track. Ideally, this plan would be prepared as soon as possible as the Community Asset Transfer of the toilet block and park are imminent.

Provision of IT equipment RES are looking for two laptops with Windows applications and a printer. This would enable the board to host all their information in one place. At present, personal computers are being used and, going forward, the board is looking to be more professional as befits their goals and aspirations. There is no specific deadline for this wish, however, the sooner the tech is in place then the less information there is to transfer.

The board of Ripple Effect Saltcoats are looking for 10 or 12 Heras style fencing with the relevant number of bases and clips to surround the fire ravaged toilet block. The current security fencing is unsightly and insecure and new fencing will both add to the physical appearance of the site but also show RES's commitment to the overall project. This specific wish is probably the most urgent as Ripple Effect would like to keep the public support on board and as previously stated, its commitment to the Melbourne Project.

Relying solely on donations and funding we are looking for help with fundraising, sponsorship, corporate sponsorship and partnerships, as well as help planning larger events for gaining more volunteers and fundraising.

A speaker to deliver a talk on the upgrades currently happening to Kilwinning Abbey Tower. We will facilitate and advertise the talk, but need a speaker to deliver a talk for around 1 hour. This includes time for questions and is usually around 30 minutes for a talk, but can be at the speakers discretion.

Donation towards Kilwinning Heritage to assist us with printing materials to advertise our grand reopening. This includes printing of a book, printing a pop up display and advertising costs. We anticipate the total cost to be around £3000.

To be able to offer appropriate training and services to members, we would require garage equipment such as ramps, tool sets, work benches etc to allow individuals who don't have their own tools, to come in and work alone or alongside others to save on expensive garage costs.

Help with advertising materials, such as the clothing we need with the branding included or signage for the units.

Donations of new laptops, PC's, tablets or TV's would allow us to work more effectively within the project, and allow each person in using the booth to have access to the internet to see via YouTube or online manuals, to tackle their own repairs or alongside others. This keeps people from having to work on the roadside and in the rain.

We require an access route from just inside our main gate to our fully accesible toilet to be laid with Tarmac. This will provide an even surface for users. At present the surface is uneven and filled with stones. There are also other areas of the gorund which require some tarmac but the toilet pathway is a priority.

We would like donation/financial support for our various fundraising activities that support the many clubs and community activities we run.We would be open for short or long term sponsorship of our new main stand and community recreational stadium, which would include naming rights.

We continually work hard to maintain our community facility and would be grateful for donations of wood, aggregate, tarmac, paint, breeze block and any other building supplies that go towards our continued upkeep of the facility

We are seeking food donations to help establish a Community Cupboard. This will provide immediate support to families experiencing crisis who may be unable to access a Food Bank or Larder support—particularly later in the day after 2pm. The Community Cupboard will offer a dignified, flexible way for families to access essential items when they need them most

We are seeking donations of essential toiletries to support families who are experiencing financial difficulties. Everyday items such as shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, and sanitary products can make a real difference. These items help families maintain dignity, wellbeing, and basic self-care during challenging times.

We are seeking donations of 2-3 tablets or iPads to support our day-to-day work with families. These devices would be used within our Family After School Groups and Parents Wellbeing Group to help deliver activities, access online resources, and support learning and engagement. Having access to this equipment will enhance participation, reduce digital exclusion, and help families build confidence in using technology
