The purpose of this engagement is to enable North Ayrshire Council and its partners to gather the views of our communities on their local area and in particular, the wide range of facilities that are within it. This includes community centres, libraries, halls and any other facilities where activities happen.
This work has come about due to the financial demands facing the Council with an understanding that the Council will have to operate fewer buildings in the future. CONSULTATION UPDATE
The results of the consultation were used in the preparation of a report for Cabinet where a discussion on the future roles of the facilities was planned to happen in November. However, due to the General Election, this has been delayed till the new year.
