In July we asked for views on revising our current rent structure. The results were positive and as a result of this, we are now asking for your views on proposals for a new rent structure.
The current structure incorporates 259 different rent levels. As a result, our rent charging structure is difficult to explain to tenants. Changing the structure will ensure no one pays more or less than they should for the size and type of property they live in.
