North Ayrshire Council is planning to develop new homes at the site of the former James McFarlane School in Ardrossan.
The document below has been prepared to allow local people and interested parties to view the final plans for the development and ‘Meet the Builder’. You can view the plans until Friday 19 January 2024.
The Council is also holding a local, in person, event on:

Time: Between 4pm – 6pm
Venue: Whitlees Community Centre, Ardrossan, KA22 7DT

The purpose of the event is to allow interested people to:
- Obtain information about the project;
- View the final site plans and house designs; and
- Discuss any concerns about the building works with the contractor.
