North Ayrshire Council is planning the development of new homes at the former Stanecastle ASN School, Irvine site.
The document below has been prepared to allow local people and interested parties to view the final plans for the development and ‘Meet the Builder’. You can view the final plans until Friday 19 January 2024.
The Council is also holding a local, in person, event on:

Time: Between 4pm – 6pm
Venue: Lanfine Community Centre, Irvine, KA11 1BH

The purpose of the event is to allow interested people to:
- Obtain information about the project;
- View the final site plans and house designs; and
- Discuss any concerns about the building works with the contractor.
