Local people and groups from across North Ayrshire are being invited to bid for participatory funding for community youth projects.

The latest round of the Council’s Young People’s Participatory Budgeting scheme is now open for online submissions and youth community groups have the chance to secure up to £1,000 per project.

Applications can be sent in by individuals, clubs, groups and Parent Councils and should fit with at least one of the following themes:

  • Health and wellbeing
  • Poverty and inequality
  • Voice and participation
  • Digital connections

The closing date for submissions is before midnight on 17 October 2021 and application forms can be completed on Microsoft forms, by clicking on the attached link – : https://forms.office.com/r/JLe51qFnHa, download it online here or you can request a word version by emailing youthpb@north-ayrshire.gov.uk.

If you are looking for guidance before applying, the Council are running an online support session to help submit your Youth PB applications, this will take place on Zoom on Thursday 7 October 7.15pm until 8.15pm.
