The Accounts Commission have published its Local Government Overview 2021 report. This highlights that councils in Scotland reacted quickly, working alongside communities and partners, to address the issues created by Covid-19. Many challenges remain significant, made more urgent by the multiple impacts of the pandemic-19 on communities and services.
