North Ayrshire Council consults annually with tenants on our proposals relating to rent setting, so this is your opportunity to have a say in how much rent you pay.
The rent setting consultation period will run from 19 November 2021 until 17 December 2021.
A rent consultation questionnaire will be issued electronically to Council tenants giving them the opportunity to complete the questionnaire and indicate a preferred option either by phone, online, by text or by email. There is also a chance for one lucky person to win £100 shopping vouchers in time for Christmas.
The team will use all the feedback to prepare a report for a meeting of the Council in February 2022 where Elected Members will consider and approve the level of rent increase for Council tenants for 2022/2023.
