The North Ayrshire Housing Register landlords are ANCHO, Cunninghame Housing Association, Irvine Housing Association and North Ayrshire Council. The landlords allocate empty properties according to the North Ayrshire Housing Allocation Policy.
This policy is being reviewed. A new law, the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 is due to be introduced and we need to ensure that the policy complies with this.
We want to consult with applicants, tenants, residents and other stakeholders on changes that are being considered. Your views matter and will help influence the policy review.
