North Ayrshire Council is planning the development of the former James Reid, Saltcoats site.
The document below has been prepared to allow local people and interested parties to view and comment upon the draft plans for the development. You can view and comment on the draft plans here until 18 February 2022.
The Council is also holding a virtual drop in consultation event on Thursday 10 February 2022.

The purpose of the event is to allow interested people to:
- Obtain information about the project;
- Discuss and comment on the draft site plans and house designs; and
