The Garnock Valley Locality Planning Partnership have been working towards producing an Action Plan for the Garnock Valley.
Consultation was undertaken within the community which led to three key priorities being identified for the Garnock Valley. These are:
1. Work and Local Economy.
(Working towards creating an active local economy and the opportunity to access good quality work. ie jobs, volunteering, employability support).
2. Facilities and Amenities.
(Working together so that local facilities and amenities meet the needs of the community).
3. Moving Around.
(Creating public transport, walking and cycle routes which meet the communities needs).
In order to prepare a draft of the Action Plan, we welcome your ideas and suggestions about how the priorities could be addressed and how you or your organisation could be involved. We would be grateful if you could complete a short survey using the link below. Please respond no later than Friday 24th November 2017.

We are also running a series of drop-in sessions. These are on:
Monday 20th November Bridgend Community Centre, Kilbirnie 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Thursday 23rd November Dalry Library, Dalry 4:30pm – 6:30pm
Thursday 23rd November Beith Library, Beith 5:00pm – 7:00pm

In addition, the partnership currently has a vacancy for a representative from the community. We are currently taking notes of interest in this role. If you would be interested in getting involved as a representative, please contact us for more information before Friday 24th November.
