North Ayrshire Council is planning the development of new homes at Nursery Place, Ardrossan.

The document below has been prepared to allow local people and interested parties to view and comment upon the draft plans for the development. You can view the draft plans here until Tuesday 8 July 2025.

The Council is also holding a drop in consultation event on:

Time:            Drop in between 4pm – 6pm
Venue:         Ardrossan Civic Centre, 150 Glasgow St, Ardrossan, KA22 8EU
