North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is an organisation that delivers community health and social care services in North Ayrshire. Some services have been delegated to the HSCP by NHS Ayrshire and Arran, and others have been delegated by North Ayrshire Council in order to deliver joined-up services that require the collaboration of both health services and social care services.
The HSCP has a Strategic Plan which outlines how we will deliver our services and the priorities and aims we plan to achieve. We have developed a new Strategic Plan and are looking for the views of members of the community, community groups, staff, partners, and third sector and independent care providers. We want to know whether you agree with the draft plan or have any suggestions for improvement.
Consultation
The consultation will be open from Monday the 29 of September to Sunday the 9 of November.
To participate in the consultation, answer a short survey questionnaire which will provide the opportunity to comment on the priorities and goals of the new strategy.
The Draft Plan is available here to review here: Draft Strategic Plan

Delivery Plan
We will be developing a new Delivery Plan to go alongside the draft plan. If you are associated with a community or third sector group that delivers health or care services or advice in the community and would like to talk to us about how your group could support any of the goals in the Draft Strategic Plan, please get in touch with the team at StrategicPlanningHSCP@north-ayrshire.gov.uk
