At Creative Recycling Limited, we are passionate about giving textiles a second life.
We upcycle, salvage, and recycle unwanted fabrics—such as clothes, bedding, curtains, and scrap materials—to reduce waste and promote sustainability.
We offer creative, hands-on learning experiences for people aged 8 to 99, teaching basic sewing skills and how to use sewing machines to create beautiful, useful items from reclaimed textiles.
But we’re about more than just sewing—we’re building connections and confidence. Our friendly workshops provide a welcoming space where people can meet others, share skills, and feel part of a community. By bringing people together through creativity, we’re helping to tackle social isolation and support mental wellbeing.
So far, we’ve saved over 250kg of textiles from going to landfill!
Our mission is to raise awareness about the value of repairing and reusing clothing, and how mending can help both the environment and society—offering a positive alternative to fast fashion.
