BCA provides services and activities for the community to support health and wellbeing, fitness, social interaction, peer support, volunteering opportunities, information events and other community focused events. We also have a community larder, providing low cost dignified food provision to support people in these difficult financial times. The larder also provides an opportunity for people to socialise, have a cup of tea and share any issues and concerns, enabling us to refer to support services and reducing isolation. Our community allotment provides a space for people to learn to grow their own from home, engage with other with similar interests and supplements our community larder when possible. BCA for the second year are hosting the Christmas lights switch on for Beith, with children’s activities, Santa visits, facepainting and entertainment, craft stalls, food provision and more.
