North Ayrshire Council is planning to regenerate Bourtreehill Village Centre in Irvine. The development will provide retail units and houses including general needs properties, amenity bungalows and homes suitable for wheelchair users.

The document below has been prepared to allow local people, local businesses and interested parties to view the draft plans for the regeneration of the area.

You can view and comment upon the draft plans until Friday 28 July 2023.

Please note that feedback on the proposals at the public consultation stage are not representations to the planning authority. The feedback received at the public consultation stage will be considered as part of the scheme design.

Local residents and interested parties will have a further opportunity to make direct representations to the Council as planning authority, as part of the decision-making process, when a planning application is later submitted for the regeneration project.
