North Ayrshire Council is planning to develop 202 new homes at Ayrshire Central, Irvine.
The plans below have been prepared to allow local people and interested parties to view and the draft plans for the development. You can view and comment on the draft plans until Friday 28 October 2022.
If you wish to speak to a member of staff about the plans, The Council is also holding a local, in person, event on:

The purpose of this event is to allow interested people to:
- Obtain information about the project;
- View and comment on the draft site plans and house designs; and
- Discuss any concerns about the building works.
