As part of a research project at the University of Stirling, we are seeking the opinions of Arran and North Ayrshire residents on local food and its role in public food procurement. In collaboration with Arran-based farm Woodside Arran CIC, this research project aims to add to the base of evidence for more local authorities across Scotland to engage with small farms in the public procurement process to support local economies and community wealth building.
