The Equal Programme is part of North Ayrshire Council's Employability Team.
We work closely with residents within our community who are aged 16 years old and over and who are keen and able to work but health issues have made this difficult.
Our Community Garden is ran by trainees and volunteers and all of the fruit and vegetables grown is distributed to the local food larders and then shared with North Ayrshire residents.
