The objects of the Company are to carry on activities which benefit the community and to provide at Winton Park a stadium and recreation ground and to prepare such ground for the purposes of sporting & community activities. To carry out sports coaching and activities such as football memories, walking football and various community groups and gatherings to promote good mental health. To promote the use of the recreation ground for the benefit of the inhabitants of Ardrossan in a common effort to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the condition of life for all local people.
