The Kindness Krew supports the most isolated people within our communities. Our Volunteers support our service users in many ways but reducing isolation and promoting good mental health and well being is at the heart of what we do.
The Ayrshire community Trust – TACT has a Facebook page that is advertising our Christmas event – Hug in a bag providing a simple bag of kindness to those isolated, have no family or simply have been having a ruff time.
