Path Repairs & Coastal Protection, Fairlie, North Ayrshire

Notice is hereby given that North Ayrshire Council has applied to the Scottish Ministers of the Scottish Government, under Part 4 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010, in respect of path repair and coastal protection works at Fairlie, North Ayrshire.

Cost £100,000.

Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected between 6 October and 3 November 2017 during normal opening hours at:

· Fairlie Library, Village Hall, Largs, KA29 0AD
· Cunninghame House, Largs, KA12 8EE
· Largs Area Office, Brooksby Medical and Resource Centre, 31 Brisbane Road, Largs, KA30 8LH

Objections relating to safety of navigation or environmental issues in respect of the application should be made in writing to:
