North Ayrshire Council is planning to redevelop the former Kings Arms Hotel to provide six new amenity flats in Irvine Town Centre.
The plans below have been provided to allow local people and interested parties to view the final plans for the development. You can view the final plans here until Friday 28 October 2022.
The Council is also holding a local, in person, event on:

The purpose of this event is to allow interested people to:
- Obtain information about the project;
- View the final site plans and house designs; and
- Discuss any concerns about the building works.
