North Ayrshire Council Housing Services are proposing to build a 24 unit housing development at Dickson Drive, Irvine. There will be a mix of general needs, amenity bungalows and wheelchair liveable homes. The site will also incorporate 2 sustainable houses.

The land currently occupied by the Redburn Youth Centre will also be used and the Youth Association and related activities will be relocated into the Redburn Community Centre. The Association supports this proposal.

CONSULTATION UPDATE

The Common Good Land was transferred to Housing Services and 24 new homes are currently being developed at this location. The new homes are a mix of general needs, amenity and wheelchair properties and they will be handed over to new tenants in January 2020.
